Shane is a resident of Selma. Being born in Selma and growing up here with family, Shane's roots are here in Selma. He is a 2006 graduate of Maplesville High School. Shane began his career in the funeral industry in 2006. He is a licensed funeral director through the State of Alabama Board of Funeral Service.
Shane is a member of Valley Grande Baptist Church.
Shane is married to Erica Friday Ogle and together they have three children, Mollie, Stella Anne, and Judson.
Shane is well versed in pre-arrangements and at-need arrangements.

Darrin Yarbrough
Licensed Funeral Director - Monument Specialist
Darrin is a graduate of Selma High School and Wallace Community College. He is a graduate of Holland's School of Jewelry Repair. He has been at Selma Funeral Home since 2008. He now serves his community as a licensed Preneed Sales Agent and a licensed Funeral Director.

Kennly Langston
Apprentice Funeral Director/Embalmer
Kennly is a resident of Clanton. She was born in North Carolina. Kennly graduated from Chilton County High School in 2011. She is an Apprentice Funeral Director/Embalmer through the State of Alabama Board of Funeral Services.
Kennly married her husband, James, on August 22, 2020. They have three children, Everleigh Hayes Langston, Oaklynn Jule Langston and Reese Corynne Langston. Kennly is the daughter of Wayne and Julie Hunter of Huntsville, Alabama and the late David Williams of Clanton, Alabama. She is the granddaughter of the late Kelley Hayes Siler, Jr., Marsha Brenita Fisher Siler and Sarah Lowe. Kennly and her husband are the owners of Reveal Painting, LLC.
She is currently continuing her education in Funeral Services and Embalming at Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service.

Amy Patterson Jones, a Dallas County native and resident of Valley Grande is the owner of Selma Funeral Home. She is the wife of the late owner, Karl Jones.
Amy has three sons, Cory Wharton, Taylor (Emily) Haugen, and Chance Tierce. She is a member of Ocmulgee Baptist Church.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid supporter of the Central Alabama Regional Child Advocacy Center.
Amy's passion for the people of Valley Grande, Selma, Dallas County, and the surrounding areas is one of great importance to her. She takes great pride in serving the community and looks forward to continuing the legacy of the best of care, when care matters the most at Selma Funeral Home.

Karl Jones
Former Owner
The late Mr. Karl Jones was the Owner and Manager of Selma Funeral Home from its beginning in 2003. Karl was licensed by the Alabama Board of Funeral Services. In October of 2019, Mr. Jones passed away. He leaves behind a legacy of compassionate care for the people of Valley Grande, Selma, Dallas County, and the surrounding areas. Selma Funeral Home is still owned and operated by his wife, Mrs. Amy Jones.
